The Daily News is a newspaper serving Batavia, NY and portions of neighboring Wyoming and Orleans counties. We publish six days a week, Monday through Saturday, with an estimated readership of 25,000. It is owned by Johnson Newspaper Corporation. In 2017, The Daily News gained recognition at the New York Press Association’s Better Newspaper Awards in a number of categories, including second place in Division Three editorials and first place in Division Three feature photos.
